I wish to address you all on recent happenings within VersonoGaming. We all know that our main server (PERP) has been unstable so to speak and has had issues. These issues have caused many of you to flock to rival PERP servers. This I can understand. What you must know though is that although we have run into issues here and there, we're trying to provide you with the best playing experience possible. Our resident coder (Bob) is aware of all the issues and bugs in PERP and is always working on fixing the bugs and adding new features.

I can guarantee you all that when Bob gets the time to fix the current bugs and issues in PERP we'll be back to #1 in no time. The only thing we need is the reassurance of our community. All these bugs will pay off.

So to sum this all up, yes we have had issues affecting PERP and yes this has been a low in VersonoGaming activity wise but none of this is for nothing. Once we implement the planned material for PERP, we'll be back, ripping the competition a new one in no time. All we need is the patience of our community.

To clear things up, and elaborate on recent occurrences to VersonoGaming, and more specifically our Perp server.

Over the course of the last couple of days, we have implemented various patches and fixes to the server, as well as some minor upgrades. The 'Cocaine' implantation was also underway, however due to some minor issues, the coding backfired and caused various problems with the Perp server. The 'Cocaine' implantation was said to be the cause of various other issues. Unfortunately, due to these unforeseen issues, the 'Cocaine' implantation had to be abandoned, and sent back to the drawing board for further analysis.

In the meantime, the Perp server has been restored to a previous point. The minor upgrades/updates have been implemented, however the 'Cocaine' implantation warrants further review.

We apologise for this inconvenience, however these issues were unforeseen by us as well. Please understand, these upgrades and updates are to enhance your playing experience. We're doing this for our members, for continued satisfaction on our server(s). We would appreciate if members would stop hassling management in regards to what has transpired recently.

As of this moment, the server is fine and healthy. We would appreciate it if you would continue to play on our servers.

Tonight and tommorow during the "Afternoon Rocks!" segment, there will be a competition held. The prize for winning will be $150,00 PERP cash to spend on whatever you fancy.

The competition is very simple. A short segment of a song will be played, you must give me the name of the band who wrote the song along with the name of the song. You will be able to do this by calling me up in steam (Which will result in your voice appearing live on vGFM Big Grin), or messaging it through the vGFM requests box. For every incorrect answer, an extra second of the song will be added onto the clip, making it easier for listeners to guess. If no one is able to guess the song until the end of the sengment, it will be replayed tommorow, so you have another chance if you don't get it today!

Although this works fine with browsing the forums and posting threads, I'm unsure how it would go with the arcade etc. The main purpose of the mod is to allow you to browse the forums and post whilst on a mobile device. I've checked this myself on my phone and it works perfectly.

We've done it once again guys!

We've got one of our largest servers full. We got Zombie to 30/30 players today which his an excellent achievement. Many of you may remember that only recently we got one of our other servers (PERP 3X server) to 32/32 and we've done it once again (well, 2 less players) which is amazing. Great work. Keep on playing and keep killing them zombies/eating them brains!

If you've never played Zombie Survival on Garry's Mod, I highly recommend you read this guide written by asifibus. All in all, it's an excellent gamemode. If you've played Zombie on CSS, think of that, but 539,363,229 times better. This gamemode is excellent and very very well made. I'm sure it will be enjoyed by the community. All the content can be found here and don't worry, it's nothing compared to PERP's content download, so you should be alright Wink

And a big big thanks to Joker for generously providing VersonoGaming and it's members with another server. Be sure to thank him when you see him.

Earlier on this week Moey 'asifubas' decided to quit or give up on the PERP server which leaves me as the only 'main' manager or person running PERP, luckily for me nothing in vG is ever just a one man thing I've got the rest of the management team and adobe '0x539' / 'Stacy slut' these guys are there when i need help with testing or i am not in a place or position to be able to start/stop the server and fix problems.

OK now to the good news, i have made some good progress on the long awaited 'cocaine' and i believe I'm on schedule for the release this weekend. I'm thinking Saturday (day).
I'm hoping this will help us with the current lack of players the PERP server has been experiencing and if not do not fear I am not going to be giving up on the beloved PERP server any time soon.

I can also announce that with 'Moey' previously being what i would say in charge of the vehicles/cars for PERP I am going to be adding more cars in, Ive had a few suggestion and some of those were already cars i had been looking at.
This includes a "Subaru Impreza WRX STI 08 - Hatch Back" , "Nissan 350z" , "Dodge Charger '69 - With General Lee Looks" Plus i might replace the current Golf with a HQ replacement etc. But how much i get done this weekend is uncertain, but my promise to the members of vG is that i will have cocaine done and on the server this weekend!
